libenv-path-perl software package provides Perl module implementing advanced operations on path variables, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libenv-path-perl
libenv-path-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libenv-path-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libenv-path-perl *
You will get with libenv-path-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
